25G Hybrid is much more than just a switcher. 25G Hybrid is a complete source to display solution that manages and distributes all digital and analog signals over a single CAT5 cable or fiber by the special developed input/output cards combined with audio add-ons. As a comprehensive line of digital matrix switchers, transmitters and receivers, 25G Hybrid combines switching with a powerful suite of diagnostic software tools for the digital age, delivering a superior user experience.

25G Hybrid matrix provides an exceptional 25 Gigabit per second data rate switching allowing transportation of the next generation video signals like HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2. Our future proof platform is ready for all video and audio standards including 4K resolution and 3D formats.


Multilayer switching
Multilayer switching design allows independent routing of each signal type, so called breakaway switching, for all layers (Video, Audio, Ethernet, USB KVM, IR & CEC and RS-232 are considered as different layers). This feature provides switching and extending of all signal layers separately. For example, the audio, video and control signals from one source may break away and be switched to different destinations. All fiber and CAT5 signals send the layers separately or in ’breakaway’ format and are re-combined at output to a single connection.

 

AUDIO
Each video port is equipped with a separate audio input and output (Audio Return Channel) connector forming a 320x320 S/PDIF crosspoint switch. It manages stereo and multichannel audio as well as high bitrate formats like Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. Optionally multichannel to stereo down-mixing can be provided.

VIDEO
Digital and analog video formats up to 25 Gigabit per sec are managed including 4K resolution and 3D formats in a 160x160 I/O configuration. Regardless of the video format, HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort 1.2, DVI, Dual-Link DVI, SDI,
HD-SDI and 3G-SDI can be transparently switched, scaled and extended using the 25G Hybrid matrix.

ETHERNET
10/100 Ethernet connection is included in all input and output ports for local devices and remote extensions as well. This ethernet channel is integrated in both single fiber (OPTS) and single CAT cable (TPS) transmitters and receivers.

USB KVM
Each port functions as a keyboard/mouse extender, providing a USB port which connects to the source device (i.e. computer or other USB HID-compliant host device), allowing it to be controlled by a mouse or keyboard located in another remote location.

IR & CEC
All ports contain an IR/CEC/RS-232 control signal through the single fiber or CAT5 connection. 25G Hybrid matrix provides a gateway for controlling the connected source devices, potentially eliminating the need for any dedicated control wires.

RS-232
RS-232 communication is handled separately at every port to ease control of your devices in the system by touch panels or other control equipment through the single fiber or CAT5 connection.
